Return & Exchange Policy
At Genius Vision Company, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide a trustworthy and smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for product returns and exchanges.
General Conditions
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order number) must be provided.
Eligible Return & Exchange Cases
Receiving a wrong product or one that is different from the order.
Receiving a damaged or defective product (with photo evidence provided within 24 hours of receipt).
Customer dissatisfaction with the product, as long as it is unused and in original condition.
Non-Eligible Cases
Products that have been used or lost their original packaging.
Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
Custom-made or personalized products.
Requests made after the 7-day period.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact us via email or phone using the details below.
Provide the order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.
The request will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
A courier may be arranged to collect the product (depending on the city), or
The customer may be provided with a return shipping address.
A store credit or refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the returned product.
Shipping Fees
If the error is from Genius Vision Company (wrong/damaged product): we cover all shipping fees.
If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons: the customer bears shipping and return costs.
